How are Insta-Mold ear plugs made?

• The Insta-Mold process takes about 10 minutes and are usually ready for use within 30 minutes. Larger groups may take longer. 

• Electronic ear plugs are available for musicians and shooters – allow 8 – 10 days for fitting of filters and electronics.

• The procedure has been specially developed to assure a "tissue to tissue" fit. This is achieved because the individual's ears are used as the moulds so that the inserted Insta-Mold putty cures to the exact contours and shapes of the ear canal for a snug watertight fit.
